What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is an ancient beverage that was originally consumed in china more than 2200 years ago for it detoxifying and energizing properties. It is a fermented sweet tea, a natural source of antioxidants and B vitamins, enzymes and probiotics. A beverage with a similar punch to apple cider vinegar but so much tastier!!
